Pensacola Beach: The Massey Landscaping Project

Our customer pretty much knew exactly what he wanted. The Wallace Company designed pool deck and walkways with simple but functional landscape. All pavers for driveway and pool deck were basically picked because customer liked a certain color, not necessarily a style. After looking at several completed projects, customer chose Belgard Appian Stone color “Napoli”, for pool deck and driveway. To compliment the deck we chose a Bullnose Travertine coping manufactured by Tremron. When doing a landscape on Pensacola Beach, salt water and wind are our biggest obstacles. All plants and trees were carefully thought out so we would have very little problems. When choosing turf, the same things apply, Empire Zoysia was the best for this location. Grading and Irrigation also make the landscape all work together. A custom designed Irrigation System and hours on a skid steer with 220 cu yds of white pre approved beach sand make this project simple, but long lasting. In order to see this beautiful project at night, Alliance low voltage LED lighting was designed and installed for years of enjoyment.
